How to stay fit and healthy.

Physical fitness is the ability to perform the daily activity and stay healthy through proper nutrition, physical exercise, and taking complete rest. Being fit means both mentally and physically body will remain fit. Your rich diet and exercise make you more healthy and fit.

How to stay fit and healthy:

Body Weight:





To maintain your body weight first one to take a balanced diet and regular exercise. Ask your trainer for a healthy diet according to your body mass index, avoid oily ,junk food and white sugar items. If you want to lose weight in a natural way you have to run minimum 8 to 12 Km  daily. You can lose weight very fast all over the body not only in the specific body parts. During fat loss process the fat will reduce from all over body parts and slowly slowly you get results.

Stamina:




Stamina is to ability to sustain a physical and mental efforts in a time period according your health and diet. All activates are depends on your physical health, you can improve your stamina take a rich and healthy diet full of protein,carbohydrates,fibre etc. Eggs Chicken are the best because eggs and chicken are full of protein. There are many proteins supplements in the market you can easily take them. Whey protein, Raw protein and isolate protein are the types of proteins.

Workout:




Your actual fitness is more depending on your workout, routine, time etc. Your daily 30 min workout is enough.
